Personal Training

  • One-on-one sessions providing individual attention tailored to your needs.
  • Semi-Private Training: Sessions with a maximum of 3 participants, ensuring the trainer can still provide personalized attention.

Group Training

  • Small group, dynamic sessions (8-10 participants) held at pre-scheduled times. During these sessions, the trainer leads the group through various workout programs.

Open Gym

  • An opportunity for independent workouts at pre-booked times, utilizing the gym's functional and cardio areas.
  • Ideal for those who prefer to exercise at their own pace.

Key Rules

  • Reservations are mandatory for all types of training to maintain the exclusive atmosphere.
  • Participant limits ensure a comfortable workout experience.
  • Open Gym access is unavailable during group training sessions.

Morning HIIT

A fast-paced, intense morning workout that's guaranteed to kick-start your day! Short but effective: 45 minutes of spinning, where the focus is on burning fat and improving endurance. Perfect if you're short on time but want big results.
